What’s the best part of any weekend? For me, it’s the smell of freshly cut grass (not the sound), the cold side of the pillow, spooning with SilverFox and breakfast. All topped off with a soy latte and a few magazines to pour over that I’ve spent my retirement money on.

Little ol’ adventurous me gets the Lots of Avocado and Tomato with a side of smoked salmon.
Le SilverFox, a sucker for the Promite Special (sourdough, promite, avocado, tomato and poached eggs) gets a side of black pudding. I adore smoked salmon and avocado on sourdough bagels. I always thought it sounded like an odd combination until the day I ran out of cream cheese and tried it. I’ve never had black pudding. I have no idea what it is.
