There’s one thing, I really wish I had done before I started my Hypoxi journey—that is, take a series of (dreaded) Hypoxi before and after pictures. I think the reason I decided not to take any, is that I couldn’t stand the thought of having photographic proof that I had really let myself go.
That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy getting there—but I certainly didn’t need to remind myself that I had to start back at square one. A very special shout-out to Umami Burger’s Royale for help along the way. Trust me, there is an epic blog post coming on that burger! And of course, The Cheesecake Factory’s Smokey BBQ burger. Oh lord, did I tell you it even has onion rings on it too? But I digress…
If you’re interested, you can read all about my first day at Hypoxi and my final hypoxi weight loss results here. Ultimately, my aim of doing the course was to get rid of my cellulite, or what I call ‘The jiggle’. I can live with the size of my legs, but ‘The Jiggle’ scares the bejesus out of me. And, I wouldn’t have minded if I happened to smooth out some lumps and bumps too. The best part about Hypoxi was limiting carbs and feeling like I had to keep to the dietary restrictions or it wouldn’t work.
Without rehashing too much of my last posts on the experience, I wanted to share some before and afters with you (unfortunately not mine) so you can check out the results for yourself. Having been a year since my first course, I think it’s time for me to head back and get my ass into
gear shape. MC
