As part of my quest to look my very best for my impending trip, I’ve pulled out preeetty much every stop. Y’see this isn’t a sightseeing holiday. Nah-uh.
It’s an unadulterated, unapologetic, no holds barred, girlie trip. Our days will be filled with lavish lunches, lots of laughs, cocktails, shoes (Immalookinatchoo, Jimmy Choo) and Sephora. In between you’ll find us poolside (hopefully with a hot cabana boy in tow). Well…that’s the idea anyway.
So, yesterday I spent the day being spoilt rotten. And I mean sp-oil-t. The kind folk (thanks Helen and Lisa) at Endota Rozelle treated me to their ‘Rapt’ treatment.
THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IT IS LIKE A SNAKE SHEDDING IT’S OLD SKIN…
It began with a billabong foot bath bath (there are no words), followed by an all-over dry body brush (hello, silky skin) then – wait for it – I was completely cocooned in Australian clay. While that was working it’s magic, I was treated to the most divine facial.
Once that was all done, I hopped in the shower, washed it all off, and then the lovely Lisa treated me to an all over body massage with their famous Lilly Pilly moisturiser. The best way to describe the experience is like a snake shedding it’s old skin; I literally feel like a new person. Tah-dah.
The best part? It’s close to the city and the day spa actually feels like a little sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I’ll definitely be back – and I have a feeling you might be visiting real soon too. A little birdy told me if you ‘like’ their facebook page you get $20 off any facial and massage.
